General terms and conditions

All of our positions are in-house at our Derby studio. Candidates who do not live locally will be expected to relocate (Eurocom provides help with relocating, depending on your situation). Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer 'working from home'.

All positions are full-time, unless we have stated otherwise. The standard full-time working week is 37.5 hours. The normal working day (Monday to Friday) is 7.5 hours with a flexible starting time between 08.30/10.00 and finishing time between 17.00/18.30, with one hour for lunch, which is taken between 12:30 and 13:30. We do not operate "flexi time".

All appointments are subject to the satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period of employment, during which time the Company assesses and reviews individuals' performance. This is no way detracts from our desire to see individuals succeed but provides a protection both for the Company and for the individual should the post be unsuitable.
